Professional Services and Valuations
Stephens McBride undertake valuations for mortgage and security purposes in accordance with the RICS guidelines and we are on the panel of a large number of Banks and other lending institutions and our valuations are accepted by many others. Details can be provided on request.
We provide valuations not only in respect of existing real property but also development appraisals and work in progress. We undertake valuations from £100,000 to £20m and carry Professional Indemnity Insurance up to £10m for any single case.
In addition, we provide development and investment appraisals, including anticipated rental growth, potential expenditure and liability for maintenance, building life, etc, and deal with Rent Review and Renewal for Clients.
