James McBride FRICS
James McBride F.R.I.C.S specialises in all aspects of commercial and residential property development throughout the British Isles with well over 30 years experience.
From initial scheme conception, through land acquisition, planning, building contracts, initial financing, letting and final disposal/funding, James has worked on schemes from values of £200,000 up to over £10 million.
James also has considerable experience in residential development, acting for clients in order to "package" their site and make it suitable for disposal to house builders. James is also engaged as a consultant and advisor in respect of major corporate acquisitions where there is a property element advising venture capitalists, trading companies, Banks, etc.

Property Management, Rent Reviews
Steve Piercy, a surveyor for 20 years, heads Stephens McBride's Property Management team which manages commercial and industrial property throughout the UK and Ireland.
The service is tailored to meet each client's needs whether they be a private individual with a single investment property or a large multi national company with a large and varied portfolio. In addition to offering a prompt rent collections service, the Management Team will ensure efficient administration of Service Charges, effective liaison with tenants and a proactive approach towards the management of individual properties or whole portfolios in order to maximize value.

Robert Taylor BSc (Hons) MRICS
Robert Taylor is head of the Industrial Department and is responsible for sales and lettings, along with professional matters including valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals negotiations. He has 20 years experience in this field, concentrating on properties within the Greater West Midlands area.

Justin Sherratt
Justin Sherratt currently works within the Management Team whilst heading the office disposal department. Managing commercial property for retained clients throughout the country. Justin also deals with all aspects of office disposals, acquisitions, rent reviews and lease renewals.
